The origin of the Fedelini is to be traced back to the Ligurian territories and their characteristic is that of being very thin, a characteristic that still distinguishes them from Spaghetti today. The recommended seasonings for this format are simple: excellent combinations with butter, such as raw butter and cheese or melted butter with sage and cheese. Another way to better enjoy the Fedelini is in a light whitebroth. Cooking time: 6 minutes, al dente: 4 minutes.
