Cereals are one of the raw materials of beer. The challenge for our master brewers was giving Birra Moretti, Tuscan flavour, a strong and definite character. The choice has been to add barley, typical of the Maremma, which gives the beer a full taste, with a pleasant bitter note and a hint of chestnuts, herbs and pine needle.
We sell this beer by the bottle or in cases of 15.
