The addition of a generous amount of cocoa and milk in the ingredients transforms the pasta into an extraordinary dessert. Try it with a red fruit sauce, with hazelnut cream or vanilla ice cream. For the more traditional ones, it is also ideal to combine with gorgonzola and hazelnut sauce, cream and ham or porcini mushroom sauce.
