CREAM 60% [sugar, fat and non-hydrogenated vegetable oil(shea, sunflower), skimmed milk powder 21.5% (12.9% on finished product), lactose, chocolate 5% (3% on finished product (sugar, cocoa paste, low-fat cocoa, natural vanilla flavor)), low-fat cocoa 4.2% (2.5% on finished product), wheat starch, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanillin flavor]. CRUNCHY COCOA CEREALS 40% (rice flour 55.3% (22.1% on finished product), sugar, wheat flour 9.8% (3.9% on finishedproduct), cocoa 5% (2% on finished product), 3% lean cocoa (1.2% on finished product), barley malt extract, salt).
History
In 1937 the Pavesi company started its biscuit productionin a small bakery in Novara (Piedmont).
