Latest creation of the company, this wine is the union of three grapes, international and autochthons, with a non classical way of Piedmonte production.
It is harvested in the last weeks of October, following a careful crop thinning. A part of the grapes of Barbera is allowed to wilt on the wooden cassette and left there for 4 months.
After the pressing, the three must ferments with skin contact for about four weeks. After the malolactic fermentation, this wine is transferred into oak barriques to mature for about 10 months.
