Spaghetti are so versatile that they can be served with any seasoning, from fish to meat, from vegetables to cheeses, but they are also excellent tasted in white seasoned only with extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of Parmesan. Cooking time: 12 minutes, al dente: 10 minutes.
