Pennette Rigate belong to the Penne family and differ from them in slightly smaller diameter. Pennette Rigate are excellent forthe preparation of dry pasta dressed with beef or pork meat sauce. They also perfectly adapt to vegetable sauces such asaubergines, peppers, courgettes and artichokes or to more whimsical recipes with salmon or vodka. Classic pairing withArrabiata sauce. Cooking time: 10 minutes, al dente: 8 minutes.
History
