Tortellini with 3 Barilla Cheeses are prepared following the Italian tradition. A thin layer of pasta enriched with eggs is filled with delicious cheeses: Emmenthal, light Ricotta and Grana Padano. Ideal in vegetable or meat broth. Barilla recommends trying tortellini with fresh sage, one of the most delicious herbs of Mediterranean cuisine. Cooking time: 11 minutes.

Egg pasta (65%): durum wheat semolina, eggs (12.5% of the total). Filling (35%): ricotta (whey, milk) (14.6% of the total), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, natural yeast, salt and water), sunflower oil, flavorings (milk, gluten) , cheeses (2.6% of the total including: Emmental cheese 1.6%, Grana Padano DOP cheese (egg lysozyme) 0.5%, cheese powder 0.5%), oat fiber, protein Milk, potato flakes, salt, antioxidants: rosemary extract.
