The Casarecce Barilla are rolled up on themselves and curved towards the tip. Thanks to their smooth and delicately porous surface, they allow to collect any seasoning up to the last drop, enhancing its flavor on the palate. Ideal with Sicilian pesto, they go well with condiments of ancientorigin, based on typically Mediterranean ingredients such asaubergines, tomatoes, ricotta and basil. Cooking time: 12 minutes.
