Ingredients
35% milk chocolate (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa paste, skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin emulsifier), coconut oil, hazelnuts 13%, glucose syrup, wheat flour, sugar, whey powder, skimmed milk powder, soy flour, low-fat cocoa, dextrose, barley malt extract, leavening agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate), salt, emulsifier soy lecithins, Bourbon vanilla, spices. It may contain almonds.
History
It was 1925 when Loacker opened his small patisserie in Bolzano, in the heart of the Dolomites. Since then, all products are made with the same great craftsmanship and according to traditional family recipes, starting from natural and genuine raw materials, working to keep the natural taste unchanged.
