We have been making the best ones with our hands for more than 60 years, with passion and selected ingredients such as our cocoa and Piedmont hazelnuts.
Ingredients
Piedmont hazelnut IGP 30%, sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, coffee aroma 0.5%, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural aroma: vanilla. May contain other nuts. Gluten free.
History
What is now a single company is the result of a marriage between two artisan realities: the Boella family, which traces its origins to the end of the nineteenth century whenthe first panettone and pastry laboratory was born, and the Silvola family with the Sorrisi company, that since 1960 delights the whole world with its handmade chocolate productions. In 2014 the new modern plant was inaugurated atthe foot of the Turin hill, designed and built to continue producing all the specialties in respect of ancient traditions.
