Ingredients
cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, pistachios 4%, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. Minimum cocoa 55%. It may contain hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, milk. Gluten free.
History
What is now a single company is the result of a marriage between two artisan realities: the Boella family, which traces its origins to the end of the nineteenth century whenthe first panettone and pastry laboratory was born, and the Silvola family with the Sorrisi company, that since 1960 delights the whole world with its handmade chocolate productions. In 2014 the new modern plant was inaugurated atthe foot of the Turin hill, designed and built to continue producing all the specialties in respect of ancient traditions.
