History

The Cooperativa Agricoltura Cinque Terre was founded in 1982 in Groppo di Riomaggiore to safeguard the unique landscape of the Cinque Terre and support local winegrowers. Through the restoration of dry-stone walls and "heroic" viticulture, the winery produces wines that are an authentic testimony to a challenging yet extraordinary territory. Today, the Cooperative stands as the primary reference point for the conservation of biodiversity and winemaking traditions in this UNESCO-protected area.
