Langhe Arneis DOC La Trava 2020 is a Piedmontese white wine of great freshness and personality. With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol, it shows a bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it releases an intense and delicate bouquet, with notes of white flowers, chamomile, and fruity hints of peach and rennet apple. On the palate, it is dry, harmonious, and characterized by a pleasant mineral savoriness that leads into a slightly almondy finish. It is perfect as an aperitif and pairs divinely with lean appetizers, light pasta dishes, fish, and white meats.
