Serving temperature: 8-10 C. Color: straw yellow. Produced in Piedmont, this wine takes the name of its town of origin: Gavi. On the nose there are refined hints of fruit and white flowers. The taste is fresh, fine and harmonious with the right acidity and a pleasant and persistent mineral finish. Gavi is an elegant wine, it goes very well with fish dishes, but also with pasta with egg with white truffle.

History

Cantine Rasore was founded in 1949 in Tagliolo Monferrato. In the 1980s, the staff and company structure expanded in the sectors of distribution, sales, production and administration. In 1996 the Silvano d'Orba cellars (6,000 square meters) were put into operation, equipped withthe most modern equipment that allows the control of the entire production and distribution process of wine. The goaltoday is to further expand the range of action to make known, together with the culture and peasant traditions, theexcellent wines of our lands.
