Ceres Strong Ale is characterized by a round body and a malt-oriented taste. On the nose it is possible to recognizehints of dried fruit. Its alcohol content is 7.7 volumes andmust be savored at a temperature between 6 and 7 degrees. The name of this drink was chosen by its creator back in 1856 to honor the goddess of fertility Ceres.
