Raffo Lavorazione Grezza is an unfiltered lager that captures the authentic soul of Puglia. Produced with unrefined barley and durum wheat grown under the Apulian sun, it has a hazy appearance and a golden color. On the palate, it is well-rounded and pleasantly fresh, with a malty aroma balanced by light hoppy notes on the finish. It is best enjoyed "croccante," or very cold, to fully enhance its genuine character and its connection to the territory.
