Alcoholic strength: 14% vol. Serving temperature: 16-18 C. Color: garnet red. A "young" Barbaresco that amazes and captivates with its fresh complexity. This wine, aged in large oak barrels, opens on the nose with roses and fresh wisteria flowers, then red fruits, black cherry and plum. On the final balsamic notes of mint and eucalyptus, juniper berries and light cocoa. In the mouth it is very fresh, full-bodied and graceful with young tannins and great flavor. Its delicate grandeur makes it pleasant to combine with traditional Piedmontese cold cuts and cheeses. It is advisable to open the bottle at least 1 hour before tasting it.
