A layer of excellent extra dark chocolate, wraps two crunchy wafers that contain a filling of very finecream of selected and roasted hazelnuts at home.
Ingredients
Bourbon vanilla beans, salt, coconut oil, whey powder, low-fat cocoa, skimmed milk powder, raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate), sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithins, extra dark chocolate 39% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous butter (milk), soy lecithin emulsifier), wheat flour, hazelnuts 27% in the cream, soy flour, spices, cream powder (milk), extract of barley malt. It may contain peanuts and almonds.
History
It was 1925 when Loacker opened his small patisserie in Bolzano, in the heart of the Dolomites. Since then, all products are made with the same great craftsmanship and according to traditional family recipes, starting from natural and genuine raw materials, working to keep the natural taste unchanged.
