Ingredients
wheat flour, coconut oil, glucose syrup, sugar, whey powder, dextrose, blackcurrant juice powder 2% in the cream, soy flour, lemon juice powder, acerola powder, agents leavening agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate), soy lecithin emulsifier, salt, low-fat cocoa, barley malt extract, Bourbon vanilla pods, spices.
History
It was 1925 when Loacker opened his small patisserie in Bolzano, in the heart of the Dolomites.
